- This is the area that is widely reported as “Halifax” in the news
- Each chart is further broken down into square foot ranges of homes
- Includes area such as Middle/Upper Musquodoboit and Sheet Harbour that do not nearly carry the same prices nor demand of “Greater Halifax”
- Moose River (far right on map) is approximately a 2 hour drive to Downtown Halifax
